Sweetwater Beach - Playground Equipment
Project Type: Improvement
Status: COMPLETE 
Scope: Install playground equipment approved by the board in 2007.  This was to be included in the Beach Renovation project approved by the board. Failure of the membership to finance the capitol improvement, the Beach Renovation will be done a piece at a time as funds are available.

 Sweetwater Beach - Dock Replacement
Project Type: Maintenance
 Status: COMPLETE 
Scope:  This project is for the replacement of the boat dock to include new posts, and supports/decking of composite material.  The Board also requested quotations for the floating dock.  The project should be completed in May.

 Sweetwater Beach - Basketball Court Replacement
Project Type: Improvement
 Status: COMPLETE  9/08
Scope:  This project is for the replacement of the basketball court to accommodate the playground equipment in 08-001.  This will include a new concrete surface, goal poles, and nets.  The project should be completed in May/June time frame.

 Sweetwater Beach - re-orientation of volleyball court
Project Type: Improvement
 Status: Active
Scope:  This project is to re-orient the volleyball court to a north-south direction as part of the plan to renovate the beach. The relocation will move the court a bit closer to left side and toward the water.
